When our CFO/Controller unexpectedly passed away, a banking partner referred us to Nperspective. There is never a good time to experience such a loss and this was no exception.

Having led numerous large companies through difficult times, Dale Flowers with Nperpsective was able to quickly take control of the situation and assume full responsibility for the day to day operations of the finance and accounting organization. He and Kim Johnson caught up six months of accounting, performed a comprehensive analysis of our work in progress ledger, reconciled the bank and other balance sheet accounts, prepared interim financial statements for the multiple entities that make up ABD and performed the required work to get us through a scheduled internal audit by the parent company.

There were a number of outstanding issues requiring attention and Nperspective handled the load. They analyzed a software issue that was hindering our reporting abilities and managed the repair process through our software vendor, re-designed our internal reporting package to meet changing needs and assessed the accounting organization and helped us upgrade clerical talent in that area.

Nperspective drove the hiring process for a new Controller, recruited and hired a professional from a public firm and provided training on our systems.
